Terms and Conditions for the \u201cC-AR\u201d App<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Effective date: June 12, 2025<\/span><\/span><\/p>

1. Scope and Contracting Parties<\/b><\/span><\/span>
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter \u201cTerms\u201d) apply to all contracts between C-AR Picture UG, Beckerstra\u00dfe 13, 09120 Chemnitz, Germany, registered under Commercial Register No. 37405, and natural or legal persons (hereinafter \u201cUsers\u201d) regarding the use of the \u201cC-AR\u201d app, which can be accessed via mobile devices and web browsers.
The app is intended for both consumers (as defined in \u00a7\u202f13 BGB) and business users (as defined in \u00a7\u202f14 BGB). Specific provisions may differ depending on the user status, particularly with regard to the right of withdrawal, warranty, and liability.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

2. Description of Services<\/b><\/span><\/span>
The app enables users to photograph vehicles, digitally enhance the images, and prepare them for sales presentation. Users can create, manage, and store image edits, presets, and vehicle catalogs.
Details of the app’s features can be found in the app description and Section 3 of these Terms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

3. Scope of Services<\/b><\/span><\/span>
The scope of services includes in particular:<\/span><\/span><\/p>

  1. Registration of users (individuals or businesses)<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. Creation and management of user accounts and vehicle catalogs<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. Upload and editing of vehicle images<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. Use of presets (editing templates)<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. Selection and management of image backgrounds<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  6. Image storage and management<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  7. Credit management for using paid features<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  8. Payment processing via Stripe<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  9. Access to transaction history and user activity
    C-AR Picture UG reserves the right to modify the scope of services at any time, provided the change is reasonable for the user.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    4. Conclusion of Contract<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    The contract is concluded once the user creates an account and\/or activates a paid service in the app. By booking a service, the user submits a binding offer, which is accepted by C-AR Picture UG upon activation of the service.
    Before submitting an order, users can review and modify their entries at any time. The contract is concluded in the German language.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

    5. Prices and Payment<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    The prices published in the app or at <\/span><\/span>www.c-ar.app<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a> at the time of booking apply.
